Vacation Rentals Done Right

Although we have seen an explosion in the short-term rental industry thanks to platforms like Airbnb & VRBO, many of these accommodations are poorly sourced, poorly managed, and provide little benefit to the neighborhood they reside in. As part of the fund's cash-flow strategy, Above 8 seeks to acquire and employ these assets in a responsible manner that not only increases the funds operating budget but supports affordable housing projects and community reinvestment while providing a superior product to the traveler.
